Analytics cookies

This is your consent to product analytics: cookies on our website and the equivalent identifiers inside the mobile app, used to understand how the service is actually used so we can improve it. It is entirely optional, and refusing it does not reduce any feature, price or level of service.

What we measure

  • Which screens you open and in what order
  • Which features are used, and where people give up on a flow
  • Errors, crashes and slow screens
  • Device type, operating system version, app version, approximate region derived from IP
  • Session length and frequency of use

What we do not do

  • We do not use this to build an advertising profile of you.
  • We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not use it to set your prices.
  • We do not read the content of your messages with support or couriers.

What runs without your consent

Strictly necessary processing does not depend on this switch, because the service cannot function without it: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, routing your order, preventing fraud, and meeting our security obligations. That is a separate legal basis, not consent.

Who processes it

Analytics run on PostHog, hosted in the EU, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Analytics data is retained for 26 months and then deleted.

How to withdraw

Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent:

  • turn Analytics cookies off under Account → Marketing & analytics in the app;
  • on the website, change your choice in the cookie banner settings;
  • email privacy@svaggy.fi.

Withdrawal stops further analytics collection immediately.

Legal basis

Consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with the ePrivacy rules on storing or accessing information on your device. We keep a record of this decision for as long as it stands plus one year. Data controller: Svaggy Finland Oy. Data Protection Officer: privacy@svaggy.fi. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (Finland: Tietosuojavaltuutettu; Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
