Marketing emails

This is your consent to receive promotional email from Svaggy. It is entirely optional. Saying no does not affect your account, your orders, the prices you see, or the service you get.

What you will receive

• New restaurants and stores opening in your city
• Offers, discount codes and free-delivery campaigns
• Svaggy+ news and subscriber perks
• Occasional short surveys about how we are doing

We aim to keep this to a few emails a month.

What this does not cover

Service messages reach you regardless of this setting, because we need them to deliver your order and run your account: order confirmations, delivery updates, receipts, refund notices, password resets and security alerts. Turning marketing email off does not stop those, and they are not marketing.

Who sends it

Marketing email is delivered through Resend, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Your address is never sold, and never shared with advertisers.

How to withdraw

Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Any of these works:

• turn Marketing email off under Account → Marketing & analytics in the app;
• use the Unsubscribe link at the foot of any marketing email — one click, no sign-in needed;
• email privacy@svaggy.fi.

Withdrawal applies to future sends immediately. It does not make earlier emails unlawful — consent already given stays valid for what was sent while it was active.

Legal basis

Consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with the ePrivacy rules on electronic direct marketing. We keep a record of this decision for as long as it stands plus one year, so we can evidence when and how it was given. Data controller: Svaggy Finland Oy. Data Protection Officer: privacy@svaggy.fi.
